details outlined on this page are the Clonakilty AFC Club Code of
Conduct / Ethics. It is understood by the club officials that any
club member who has signed and holds a membership card agrees to abide
by Rules and Regulations set out on this page.

DISCIPLINE / SANCTIONS

Any player failing to complete and return
a club registration form inclusive of set registration
fee will not be allowed participate in any club training
session or matches.
Clonakilty A.F.C. will agree to pay in total per season
up to the sum of €20 (per player) incurred from
a disciplinary action against any member from the league
governing bodies. Player will be suspended until all
due fines are paid in full.
Clonakilty A.F.C. Committee will have the authority
to impose a suspension on any member for inappropriate
behaviour.
Clonakilty A.F.C. Committee will have the authority
to extend any suspension or disciplinary action taken
by the league governing bodies.
Clonakilty A.F.C. committee will have the authority
to expel any member from this club.
The team manager/coach/trainer is initially in charge
of a team.
Any decision made (concerning team/players) is the responsibility
of the named coach.
Clonakilty A.F.C. committee have the authority to over
rule any such decisions.
Any discrepancies by any person(s) should be made civilly
and privately, or brought to the attention of a committee
member for further investigation. |
